Team
A full team for your cloud work
CloudSkill Consulting LLC brings planning, cloud costs, shared tools and project management together.
Cloud work involves design choices, spending decisions, engineering tasks and coordination. Each team brings these areas together through a cloud architect, FinOps lead, platform engineer and program manager. FinOps (managing and lowering cloud costs) connects resource use with spending. A platform (a shared setup for engineers) gives teams a common way to build and manage their work.
Cloud architect
Your cloud architect plans how apps, data, networks and access fit together. They connect technical choices with your project needs. Their work gives the team a shared design to follow.
FinOps lead (cloud cost lead)
Your FinOps lead helps you understand cloud spending and find possible waste. They connect costs with the teams and services using resources. Their work supports clearer choices about what to keep or change.
Platform engineer
Your platform engineer builds shared tools and setups for the people working on your apps. They make agreed tasks easier to repeat. Their work helps teams follow a common approach instead of rebuilding the same setup.
Program manager
Your program manager connects the project plan with the people doing the work. They keep milestones, responsibilities and decisions clear. Their work helps you understand what happens next and where your input is needed.
Skilled cloud and technology engineers can also join client projects as an add-on to our cloud teams. This is IT staffing (technology people joining your project), backed by our consulting team. Our cloud leads stay involved, keeping staffing support connected with the broader cloud work.
Different roles, one shared plan
A cloud design needs to make sense for the people who build, pay for and manage it. The architect considers how the parts fit together. The cost lead considers how those choices affect spending. The platform engineer turns agreed patterns into shared tools, while the program manager keeps milestones and responsibilities clear.
These responsibilities support the same project rather than separate goals. For example, a proposed change may affect cloud costs and the steps engineers follow. Bringing the roles together makes those connections easier to discuss before the work moves forward. You can explore our process to see how this team supports Discover, Design, Deliver and Operate.
