You will help test services early in the build process (shift-left) in a high-volume transaction area.

• Build API test tools with Java, Rest Assured and TestNG.
• Add contract tests and performance tests (JMeter).
• Own quality checks and report on coverage and defects.

• 4+ years of experience.
• A work authorization that matches the line under "Who can apply" below.
• Able to work 100% remote from within the US.
• Open to a 12+ month contract, on W2 or C2C.

The project

Project: Shift-left quality engineering for API-first microservices in a high-volume transaction domain.

Duties

• Build API automation frameworks using Java, Rest Assured, and TestNG
• Integrate Pact contract testing and service virtualization into CI pipelines
• Develop JMeter performance scripts and analyze throughput and latency results
• Create test data strategies, mocks, and environment health checks
• Own quality gates, coverage reporting, and defect trend analysis

Employment Authorization Document, a U.S. work permit card.

OPT:

Optional Practical Training: work time for F-1 students linked to their studies.
