You will help turn a manual operations process into a digital one by writing down what the business needs.

• Run workshops to collect and write down requirements.
• Write user stories, process flows and requirement documents.
• Help with user testing and connect business people with the tech team.

• 4+ years of experience.

• Able to work hybrid in Boston, MA (Hybrid 3d).
• Open to a 12+ month contract, on W2 or C2C.

The project

Project: Requirements gathering and process mapping for an operations workflow digitization initiative.

Duties

• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements via stakeholder workshops
• Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and BRD/FRD artifacts
• Perform gap analysis between manual current state and target automation
• Support UAT planning, test case review, and defect triage with business users
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and development teams

Open to US citizens, green card holders, and EAD, OPT and STEM OPT holders. H-1B transfer may be possible, case by case. It is never guaranteed.

EAD:
