You will help build and speed up the database side of internal reporting apps.

• Write PL/SQL packages, procedures and triggers.
• Make slow queries faster.
• Help with data loads, data checks and database changes.

• 5+ years of experience.
• A work authorization that matches the line under "Who can apply" below.
• Able to work onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ (Onsite 5d).
• Open to a 12+ month contract, on W2 or C2C.

The project

Project: Database-side development and performance tuning for internal reporting applications.

Duties

• Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
• Tune queries using execution plans, AWR reports, hints, and index strategies
• Design partitioning, materialized views, and bulk processing for large volumes
• Support ETL handoffs, data reconciliation, and batch window optimization
• Write migration scripts and perform schema impact analysis
