You will help improve IT service and change management workflows in ServiceNow.

• Write ServiceNow scripts and rules.
• Build catalog items, workflows and approvals.
• Connect ServiceNow to other systems and keep CMDB (the list of IT assets) data clean.

• 3+ years of experience.
• A work authorization that matches the line under "Who can apply" below.
• Able to work hybrid in Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid 3d).
• Open to a 12+ month contract, on W2 or C2C.

The project

Project: ITSM and workflow automation enhancements across IT operations and change management.

Duties

• Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and client scripts
• Build catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer automations, and approval matrices
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring, HR, and asset systems via REST/SOAP
• Manage update sets, instance promotion, and platform upgrades
• Support reporting, dashboards, and CMDB data hygiene
