You will help build a data store (data mart) that feeds business reports and dashboards.

• Move data from older databases and files into Snowflake (a cloud data platform).
• Set up data loads that run on a schedule or almost in real time.
• Check with the reporting teams that the data is correct and complete.

• 5+ years of experience.

• Able to work 100% remote from within the US.
• Open to a 12+ month contract, on W2 or C2C.

The project

Project: Enterprise analytics data mart feeding business reporting dashboards.

Duties

• Build ELT pipelines in Python and SQL landing data into Snowflake from Oracle, Teradata, and flat files
• Implement Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks for near-real-time ingestion and CDC
• Model dimensional schemas; tune clustering keys and warehouse sizing for cost control
• Orchestrate workflows via Airflow with alerting, retries, and SLA monitoring
• Validate lineage, reconciliation, and data quality rules with BI teams
