- Check SIEM (security alert system) alerts in Splunk or QRadar and handle incidents with set steps.
- Help with access reviews and track fixes for weak spots.
- Write up findings and evidence for audits.

The project
Project: SOC monitoring and identity governance support for enterprise platforms.
Duties
- Monitor SIEM alerts in Splunk/QRadar and triage incidents per defined playbooks
- Support IAM lifecycle, RBAC reviews, and access recertification
- Perform vulnerability analysis and track remediation through ServiceNow
- Assist with phishing investigations, endpoint triage, and evidence collection
- Document findings and control evidence for audit and compliance reviews
