You will help customize Salesforce Service Cloud for the contact center and case handling.

• Write Apex code and build Lightning Web Components.
• Set up flows, rules and permissions.
• Connect Salesforce to other systems and help move data.

• 4+ years of experience.
• A work authorization that matches the line under "Who can apply" below.
• Able to work hybrid in Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid 2d).
• Open to a 12+ month contract, on W2 or C2C.

The project

Project: Salesforce Service Cloud customization for contact center and case management workflows.

Duties

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components
• Configure flows, validation rules, permission sets, and custom objects
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Deploy using Change Sets, Gearset, and CI-based release processes
• Handle data migration, deduplication, and sandbox refresh coordination
